Your brain activity is measured and trained using an EEG headband and an associated app. The headband registers when your mind is active, distracted, neutral and resting, or calm and deeply concentrated. During AI coaching, I will support you in an initial appointment and show you how the headband app works. We will then look at how you have improved your individually set goals at regular intervals.
