Using a special electronic headband with EEG function and my "Body Health and Mind Training App" we can measure and evaluate various values in your brain and train them in a targeted manner. I am always at your side during this process as an AI coach.
After the anamnesis, we talk about your goals and challenges. You tell me in which areas you want to improve. Then we create a short, medium or long-term schedule. I also explain to you how the coaching app and the electronic headband work. And then you can get started right away...

Module 1: We train your breathing.
Breathing exercises are an essential part of AI coaching because they have a very important and valuable aspect: With certain techniques, such as fire breathing (Kapalabhati), you specifically stimulate your brain performance and supply your entire body with oxygen. This positive effect is clearly proven scientifically: During breathing meditation, activity in the emotional center of the brain (amygdala) decreases and the rational control center of the brain (prefrontal cortex) gets more to do. This was also shown by a study with a brain scanner that psychologists conducted in 2016*.
